It’s time to get serious. It’s time to get fit!

Get fit and stay fit with this 45 minute total body workout that combines the muscle-building benefits of resistance training with the fat burning benefits of interval training for a killer group fitness class designed to provide all the benefits of 1-on-1 personal training at  a fraction of the cost!

When do I go to class?

Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays from 5:30-6:15pm at the Ultimate Training Academy at 5005 Industrial Rd., Ft. Wayne

So what’s it like?

groupFIT is a 45 min. class, done either in the morning or evening. Each class begins with a dynamic warm up (active stretching, designed to increase blood flow and improve muscle elasticity) and ends with stretching and cool-down. groupFIT is a metabolic (fat burning) workout that features high intensity work periods with short rest periods in an alternating set or circuit format that combines the muscle-building benefits of resistance training with the fat burning benefits of interval training. The result is a killer workout that will:

  • Boost your metabolism
  • Tone and tighten your entire body
  • Target your trouble areas (abs, hips, thighs and back)
  • Dramatically improve strength, energy levels and performance in every day life.
  • Help you get fit and stay fit!

What if I can’t do the exercises?

You can. Each and every camper is taught the appropriate exercises that best match their current fitness level so that they can be challenge, but not overwhelmed:

  • Level 1 – Beginner
  • Level 2 – Intermediate
  • Level 3 – Advanced

What should I bring?

  • Water Bottle – Stay hydrated!
  • Towel (optional)
  • Mat (optional)
  • hand weights (optional)

* we provide mats and hand weights, however as we continue to grow, bringing your own will ensure that we don’t run out.  (we will continue to build our supply as we are able)

It’s affordable and convenient

Classes are taught at the Ultimate Training Academy at 5005 Industrial Rd. in Fort Wayne (near Spiece Fieldhouse).

Bootcamp is taught on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday’s from 5:30-6:15pm

How much does it cost?

To hire a personal trainer you can expect to pay an average of $60-$70 per hour!   A 12-session package deal would still cost you a minimum of $500! That’s $1500 for 3 months!  With groupFIT, each session is only $5 if you pay for a month up front (12 sessions = $60)!!!  If you pay session to session the cost is $7 per session.
