Designed to prepare expecting woman for  pregnancy, childbirth and new parenthood both physically and emotionally.  Each weekly 45-minute class incorporates cardiovascular and muscular conditioning to strengthen key areas affected by physiological changes through pregnancy as well as essential stretches to reduce common pregnancy discomforts .

Benefits of  Prenatal Exercise:

Research has shown that exercise provides many benefits to pregnant women and their developing fetus. Some of these benefits include:

  • Reduced weight gain during pregnancy and more
  • rapid weight loss after pregnancy
  • Improved mood and sleep patterns
  • Decreased risk of urinary incontinence due to
  • pelvic floor dysfunction and weakness
  • Relief or prevention of back pain
  • Increased rate of postpartum recovery
  • Increased understanding of how posture is affected by pregnancy
  • Support system for expectant mothers

When Can I start?

Join us anytime after your first trimester and attend until the arrival of your baby!  (First trimester attendees permitted with Dr. approval)

When do I go to class?

Monday and Wednesdays 9:45am-10:30am at Anytime Fitness on Dupont Rd.

Tuesday and Thursday 9:45am-10:30am at Priemiere Dance Co.

How much does it cost?

For just $45 dollars a month, you will receive professional, individualized attention from 2 highly qualified trainers.
