coreFIT (Butts n Guts) will tighten, strengthen, and tone the mid section in a 25 minute dynamic workout that will not only have your abs and glutes burning but have you sweating as we burn tons of calories as we tighten up!

When do I go to class?

Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays from 6:20-6:45pm at the Ultimate Training Academy

So what’s it like?

coreFIT (Butts n Guts) is a 25 min. class, done as a subliment to Bootcamp or your own exercise routine. Each class begins with a dynamic warm up (active stretching, designed to increase blood flow and improve muscle elasticity especially in the core area) and ends with stretching and cool-down. coreFIT is a strengthening workout that features core exercises not only on the floor but also in the standing position. You will NOT sit on the floor for 25 minutes and do crunches, in fact there are very few crunches taught. We have found there are many more effective ways than crunches to strengthen and tone your entire core (abs, lower abs, obliques, lower back and glutes).  Come to class prepared to sweat and get a killer core workout in just 25 minutes!

What if I can’t do the exercises?

You can. Each and every camper is taught the appropriate exercises that best match their current fitness level so that they can be challenge, but not overwhelmed:

  • Level 1 – Beginner
  • Level 2 – Intermediate
  • Level 3 – Advanced

What should I bring?

  • Water Bottle – Stay hydrated!
  • Towel (optional)

Classes are taught at the Ultimate Training Academy at 5005 Industrial Rd. in Fort Wayne (near Spiece Fieldhouse).

Butts n Guts is taught on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday’s from 6:20-6:45pm

How much does it cost?

This class is offered as a subliment to Bootcamp or your own exercise routine for just $20 per month which equal 12 sessions! If you choose to pay session to session each session drop in fee is $3.
