Meet The Trainers

Katie Tuttle, B.S. – Katie earned her B.S. in Exercise Physiology from Indiana University in 2001 and has enjoyed a career in the health and wellness industry over the past 10 years. Her passion lies in “power of exercise.” Katie’s goal is to have her patient’s and client’s enjoy and establish regular exercise so they can start reaping the benefits, physically, medically and mentally. Katie is the proud mother of two boys, and enjoys spending time with friends and family, enjoying the outdoors and travel.

 

 

Emily Prokop C.S.C.S – Emily graduated from Wheaton College in 2006 with a B.S. in Kinesiology. She is a certified Strength and Conditioning specialist and is passionate about health and fitness. Emily’s goal is to help others make exercise apart of their daily lifestyle. Emily loves meeting new people and encouraging them towards their fitness goals. In her free time Emily enjoys life as a newly-wed, spending time with friends and family and cooking and spending time outdoors.
