image Katie Tuttle, B.S. - Katie earned her B.S. in Exercise Physiology from Indiana University in 2001 and has enjoyed a career in the health and wellness industry over the past 10 years. Her passion lies in “power of exercise.” Katie’s goal is to have her patient’s and client’s enjoy and establish regular exercise so they can start reaping the benefits, physically, medically and mentally. Katie is the proud mother of two boys, and enjoys spending time with friends and family, enjoying the outdoors and travel.

imageEmily Prokop, C.S.C.S – Emily graduated from Wheaton College in 2006 with a B.S. in Kinesiology. She is a certified Strength and Conditioning specialist and is passionate about health and fitness. Emily’s goal is to help others see exercise as more than a dreaded discipline but a lifestyle promotes incredible benefits! Like Emily loves meeting new people and encouraging them in all aspects of life. In her free time Emily enjoys life as a newly-wed, spending time with friends and family and cooking with her husband.
